The project consortium is made up of 6 partners from 5 different countries - Hungary, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal (2 partners), and France. Partners were selected to support both the geographical (rural areas) and the professional focus (boosting citizen participation in environmental actions) of the project based on their previous experience in nonformal climate and sustainability education, participatory methods, and active citizenship.
The consortium links different types of organizations each with special expertise relevant to the project objectives.

A Slovakian NGO with expertise in innovative nonformal education, youth empowerment, active citizenship, civic participation, experiential and intercultural learning, rural capacity building, and eco mobilization.
Kortárs Építészeti Központ (KÉK)
Kortárs Építészeti Központ (KÉK) - a Hungarian cultural, community design, and research organization with expertise in sustainable architecture, eco placemaking, community building, interdisciplinary trainings, active citizenship, and social transformation.
Pistes-Solidaires
A French association of nonformal education with expertise in youth empowerment, environmental education, active citizenship, rural capacity building, social and educational innovations, and European citizenship.
Raiz Minhota, Cooperativa Integral
A Portuguese multisectoral cooperative with expertise in local community action, regenerative entrepreneurship and development, participatory governance, and managing territorial challenges.
University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU)
A Spanish public university with expertise in environmental research and studies, participation and community development, social communication, and citizen engagement methods with a wide network of academic contacts.
WWF Portugal
WWF Portugal is a national office of the global WWF network with expertise in conservation and environmental advocacy, communitymobilization, digital activism, environmental activism, local problem-solving, and access to the WWF network for dissemination.
